Franklin County RWD #5 is not affiliated with DOXO in any way. DOXO is a third-party payment service, and as such, customers may be charged additional fees when making payments through their website.

To avoid unnecessary charges, please make your payment using the Water District's official payment options. If you have any questions about how to pay your bill, please contact our office manager Amy Shoemaker at 785-242-1334.

 

Bill Payment Option Due to Postal Delays

If you have received your bill late and do not have sufficient time to mail your payment before late fees begin to accrue, you may hand-deliver your payment to the Ottawa Post Office.

Please place your payment in an envelope that is properly addressed

and affix the appropriate postage.

​

Take the sealed envelope to the service counter at the Ottawa Post Office and ask the postal clerk to place it directly into the Water District's PO Box.
